MICHAEL KOCH
Administrator
Michael Koch has been a Nursing Home Administrator for over 30 years. He joined the West Houston team in He has worked in various parts of Texas, starting in Central Texas down to the Rio Grande Valley and then ending up in Houston. His experience in healthcare includes Administrator, Executive Director, Regional Director, and Home Health CEO. He and his wife Heidi have 5 children as well as 5 grandchildren. Michael’s passion for the elderly started when his mother, a nursing home DON would take him to work with her when he was young.
CHRISTINA GIBBS
Director of Nursing
Christina has 19 years of nursing experience, with 13 of those years in the long-term care industry as a Director of Nursing. She hails from Waco, Tx where she attended McLennan Community College. Her goals are to provide excellent care for the residents and to reassure the families that entrust her with the care of their loved ones. She provides continual education and training for the nursing team. Christina believes that it is an honor and privilege to work at West Houston Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center and stands proudly with her teammates to provide excellent care for the community.
